Meditation

Meditation is a way to quiet the mind. I look at it is a tool - the more I utilize this tool - the easier it is for me to get my mind quiet. I have been meditating for several years now - and I can honestly say I am aware that I don’t get as many rapid thoughts as I used to…. And it is easier for me to come back to the quiet.
Being able to mindfully step away from a situation and regain that quiet is a blessing! ![]()
