Some folks have asked me about “advanced classes” - Hmmm there really are no “advanced” techniques for the Law of Attraction. The Law is very simple - “Like attract Like” - - The Key with utilizing the Law of Attraction is raising your awareness level - as you raise your awareness level - you start to become aware of the thoughts you are thinking - the thoughts you are thinking are attracting/creating the life you are living.
The more aware you are of those thoughts - the more aware you are of those old stories running around in your head - the more you can change those thoughts - change those stories - - and your life then changes!

| Having the 4 week workshop proved to be a big success with me. | Hi Ellie, Thank you so much for offering this class and all the follow-up resources - I had a fantastic experience and it was SO worth the drive from Poughkeepsie! What I liked most about the class was your willingness to talk about your past experiences of loss and pain - and how you were able to pick yourself up and continue forward. These are topics that all of us can relate to - and whenever I catch myself remembering sad events from the distant, or not so distant, past I hear your voice saying, "You don't want to go down Victim Lane!" and I must admit that it does help in turning me around. :-) I've also been telling people in my life about my new philosophy of "we do the best that we can do at any given time given our state of mind and level of development." Many people in my life have been surprised to hear me say this - for a very long time I've been a person who never gave second chances and always harbored anger, resentments, and sadness - and it makes me happy to not only see their reaction but it is also helping me to make peace with the past. I no longer get stuck in that vicious thought-circle of memories-anger-emotions-self-loathing... when those negative thoughts from the past start to creep in I firmly repeat my new mantra and move on to a thought that is positive or better reflects the future that I want to create for myself. Learning that concept alone made the entire class worthwhile. For this, I am truly grateful.
