I agree – it’s a matter of waiting for the right opportunity to come along and then acting on it in the right way. A sailing boat’s crew wil hoist the sail when the wind is right – this is the action which allows the wind to carry the boat. So we can et life carry us by taking action which is ‘with the grain’ of the universe.

Hi Ellie,
I love this post it is so absolutely true, as I have found this out through recent events. I have really made the point of slowing down the rapid fire thoughts that tell me that I have to “Act Now” to a more calmer gentler voice that say “Everything is alright” I like the calmer voice much better and have told the other voice to go take a hike! Thanks for the wonderful reminder that I am on the right track
