Happy New Year!!

I welcome you to the Law of Attraction Carnival #46 – which is being posted on this first day of 2009.

This New Year Carnival is also a Contest… and we need you, our readers, to help pick our winners!

Jeannette Maw from Good Vibe Blog and myself have been busy, busy, busy reading all the submissions! Wow – we have done lots of reading! 😉

I must tell you – picking out the 7 best was not an easy task – there were so many good articles submitted…

So first I have to thank everyone who submitted an article – Thank You – I hope you continue to submit articles to the Law of Attraction Carnival! 😀

How to Vote:

The articles are listed below in Alphabetical order by the authors name – not by preference. I have given each entry a letter A thru G. Please leave a comment and post by entry letter which article you vote as #1 – #2 – #3 etc…. If you have comments about the article you also can add that in your entry.

Please vote for at least #1, #2 & #3 spots. These are the spots that will receive prizes from myself, Joyce Schwarz & Jeannette Maw — You absolutely can list all 7 in the order you like them. Details about the prizes are on this webpage.

So… Here we go

Not something you can wash away, the wood was gouged deeply.”

#1 – Entry G: I can’t think of a better use of time – the exercise suggested by this article is awesome.

#2 – Entry B: I “pastificate” waaaayyy too much, and it does cause blindness – to my current possibilities.

#3 – Entry A: I really identified with this article… my brain just *loves* to call BS on some of my affirmations.

Thanks Ellie, Jeannette, and all of the writers!

4 Chuck Bartok January 2, 2009 at 6:45 am

I have to follow Layman Reed’s Votes.

#1 is Item G
#2 is Item B
#3 is item A

Maybe because he and I think a lot.

I also feel Kathleen Gage’s discussion on Gratitude to be Stellar

Here is a simple Audio on the LOA all may enjoy Listening to and download.

#1 is Article D by Erin Pavlina
#2 is Article G by Kathleen Gage
#3 is Article A by Chris Edgar

I chose Erin because her article relates from a very personal point of view which is important for identification.

Kathleen Gage did write an excellent article and I enjoyed Chris’ as well.

All articles are noteworthy.

Thank you.

There were SO many excellent entries!! This short list barely begins to reflect the talent out there writing about LOA, which I think is good news.

Keep up the great writing, everyone!

Article G was the third for me.

16 LOA learner January 6, 2009 at 7:32 am

for me, all the blogs listed are very good and informative. thank you all.

article E #1 because I like practical suggestions on using the law of attraction.

article D #2 an good and informative share of emotion change and control. I like it very much. but for loa beginners, it is not so easy to act as what she did. to take everything as an experience and take responsibilty for it is a better way for me

article G #3 good ideas. I will try 21-day gratitude.

Number 1: F – Allowing Miracles by Living From Your Purpose

What I love about this article is the freedom I feel when Hemal says, “..the purpose can change, just as you are ever growing and ever changing, and as the Universe is abundant and has choice and free will, you can make anything your purpose, it feeling good is the indication of your alignment to it. When you have goals, whilst the goal is an end result, your real purpose is your joy and process in creating it.”

I used to believe that one’s purpose was “set-in-stone” – a one-time discovery to make about oneself.. but what Hemal says feels so true – our purposes can grow, transform, or completely change. The way we will recognize that we are on our purposes’ path is by paying attention to how good it makes us feel.

Number 2: B – Digging the Now

This article is a great example of expanding your vibration by actively being appreciative, grateful, and focusing on what you already have as a path to attracting what you want. As Col states, “What you focus on expands.”

Number 3: D – Choosing the Emotions

This article makes me smile. 🙂 I would like to share this with all parents, and ideally, parents-to-be. Everyone can benefit from reading this article about choices. Slow down and listen to the whispers from your heart.

Thank you for posting all of these wonderful articles.

#1 Col – B for clarity, humor, simplicity and relevance! (awww, just a few hours after the cut-off!)
#2 Erin – D for a great story and challenge to choose our feelings – However, I might have just left the red letter name on the furniture as my child’s artistic statement (I recall scratching my name on the TV when I could barely print – I even left out one letter of my name)!
#3 Kathleen – G because gratitude works every time!
