There is nothing wrong with feeling. That includes all feelings. I teach people what I call the Law of Authentic Attaction, which is to center themselves in the connection with what they want, from the deepest part of who they are, and then be willing to transform to come into the vibration of what they want. It is called "Authentic" because it is inclusive of being ALL of who you are and having the fulfillment you've always dreamed of...and in the process being willing to feel what comes up without resisting the emotions, but rather to be present with them knowing that you are feeling them because the are MOVING OUT as you bring in more of what you want...
