Are you caught up in the hustle… bustle of the holidays? I was in the stores today and I saw quite a few people who were! A few had that frantic look on their face — a few had a very, very serious face — and thankfully there were a few with a happy face…

I guess, all-in-all, most folks had that hustle bustle holiday face! I found myself with that hustle bustle face on also!! Even though…. I was there to do my normal weekly food shopping. So why was I getting caught up in the hustle bustle?!

Well obviously I was not paying attention to my own thinking! When I left the house I was thinking about all the things I needed to get done at home today. Hmmm not a good place for my thoughts since just my commute back and forth to the local Wal-Mart is about a 1 hour drive…. So why am I thinking about what I need to do at home - while I am in my car?

OK not a big deal…. I was aware of my thoughts as I pulled out of the driveway. So - what did I do? I had an Abraham cd already in the player - I just hit the button…. There everything is OK….

And yes in the store - I found myself annoyed that people were mulling in the lanes — There came that hustle bustle face and I caught myself thinking - “why don’t they move I have things to do!” I caught that thought right away and started to laugh out loud in the candy aisle!

Once I started laughing - the next faces I saw were happy faces…. Then I met someone I knew and we had a nice chat - Oh there are some more happy faces… See how LOA is working all the time.

All those little, dopey, annoying things - they are part of living in this human form. I don’t believe they ever go away 100%. They are the contrast in which we fine tune our desires. Once you become aware of them and aware of how simple it is to change - they are not a big deal anymore. You can laugh at yourself and redefine your moment. You can raise your vibration and fine tune your coming manifestations!

When I left Wal-Mart I had 1 more store to go to… With the holidays right upon us the stores were crowded, the lines were longer and I was way behind schedule. I threw the schedule out the window! I know nothing - absolutely nothing is a big deal - the only thing that is important is right Now — that is all any of us have - is the Now!

I hadn’t eaten anything so I went to get myself something to eat. I’ll eat and chill out even more. There was a time - I would have barrelled through the crowds - I would have gotten angrier and hungrier and angrier… But I have been there and done that before — I know that does not work!

I ate - I listened to more Abraham - I journaled a little - I felt good… And then I went to the second store. It was a breeze! I met someone I knew in there and we talked and laughed a bit. I don’t wear a watch so I had no idea what time it was and I didn’t really care. All I have is Now….

As I was approaching the checkout centers - I was scanning to see who had the shortest line. A manager approached me - she put her hand on the end of my cart and was leading me over as she was saying “Here you go - we have the perfect spot for you” and then she was placing my groceries on the conveyor belt! “Happy Holidays” she said…… Ohhh what a big smile I had!

So…. if you have that hustle bustle face like I did — if you are feeling squeezed for time like I was — Stop right now - Ask yourself this question - “Will the world end if you don’t get all these things done?” OK - I already know the answer and it is NO!

Take a deep breath and start laughing at yourself……. Laugh so hard that you cry. You will feel the tension drain from you! It really isn’t a big deal. Now is what is important….. Your now vibration is what is creating the next moment….. Keep laughing and LOA will send you more things to laugh about - more things to feel light about!
