Fine Tuning Our Vibrations….

fine tune your vibrations I left you with the phrase “We will continue on this journey as we look at and fine tune our vibrations.”

Fine Tune Vibrations — Just what is that about? What are these Vibrations?

Quantum Physics says - everything is matter that is vibrating - everything is energy. The rock, the tree, the house and you and me - we are all this energy matter vibrating — so in essence we are all made up of the same stuff –but we are vibrating at different levels.

Now I’m not a scientist so I can’t give you the absolute scientific terms on this — but……

  • Have you ever walked into a room and picked up the vibration of the people in it?

So you were aware of the vibration in that room….

  • Have you ever been able to finish a friend’s sentence before they did?

So you picked up their thoughts - their vibration….

  • Have you even been thinking about a person and at that moment they call you, or you meet them in the street?

So - you picked up and tapped into their vibration….

  • Haven’t you had a gut feeling about something and it turned out true?

You were able to tap into the vibration………

We are all sending out vibrations - just like a radio signal. It is the vibration - the signal that we send out - that Law of Attraction responds to. Our thoughts carry our emotions/feelings in them - our emotions are the indicator of the vibrations that LOA responds to.

You have a thought –

  • “I can’t stand this job anymore”

What is the feeling - the emotion that goes with that thought?

The emotion might be frustration - or anger - or depression - - It doesn’t matter what you call it - the bottom line is it doesn’t feel good! And that - not feeling good - that anger, depression, frustration - - is the indicator of the vibration that you are putting out into the Universe and that is what Law of Attraction is responding to — which means that - not feeling good - that depression, anger, frustration is what you are attracting!

Wait - you say — I saw The Secret and it said I just have to want something and it will be attracted to me — so here is my thought - -

  • “I can’t stand this job anymore - I want a better job”

Yes - I saw The Secret and I heard what it said. I’m not knocking that movie as I think it was a good first introduction to LOA - but it absolutely has important pieces missing in it!

So let’s get back to this thought –
How does that thought feel? What is the feeling - emotion that goes with it?

Even though you have your want in there that feeling still has to be a feeling of frustration - or of being stuck -And that is the vibration - the signal that you are sending out the Universe — and that is what LOA is responding to!

This is a Huge point we are making here – when you get this - you will understand why things that you have been wanting have not been showing up!

You can run around all day long saying “my life is great” but if you are pissed off - if you are frustrated when you are saying that — You are emitting a vibration of pissed off! And Law of Attraction works perfectly — it gives you more things to be pissed off about — because that is your vibration - your signal!!

This is why affirmations don’t work — they will not work until you line up with the thought. You need to feel good - truly feel good when you are saying the affirmation.

So rather than random affirmations — you need to soothe your feelings by soothing your thoughts - as we talked about in the last post - The Key to Your Life is Understanding Your Thought Process.

Is this starting to make sense?

Let’s recap:

  • Everything is vibrating - sending out signals
  • A thought has a feeling / emotion with it - even if you aren’t aware of it.
  • That emotion / feeling is emitting a vibration - sending a signal
  • Law of Attraction responds to your vibrations
  • You can change your vibration by soothing your thoughts

redarrow important point Start to become aware of your emotions / feelings - then notice the thought that is producing that feeling. This is what you are vibrating. If it is happy, positive — great — remember this so you can bring the thought and feeling back when you need it. If it is an angry, frustrated, negative feeling - Here is your starting point to soothe. Just make the thought a little bit better - continue to raise it as far as you can.

Ok so this is great useful and very real to me this information. But i have one Question. You say we can change our vibration by soothing our thoughts. You have briefly noted a few things. As with other sites they note what needs to be done but don’t seem to go too much into how to do it. Could you please advice how i can soothe my thoughts. Cheers. Peace.

The “how-to” of tuning your thoughts is dependent on each situation and each person’s perspective. I give some example is this article: http://livingthelawofattraction.com/loa-blog/part-2-law-of-attraction-is-not-a-secret/

The basis of all of this - is you have to feel what feels better to you. If you are very angry - then just a little less angry is soothing… Take this step by step -

Don’t expect to get from very angry to feeling joyful in one swoop! Just continue to soften the thoughts around the situation. My favorite saying is “This is not a big deal”
