And I bet I've at least had a much easier time than others. Keeping away from the news looks like the wise thing to do right now. And vibrate high and high. Maybe it's difficult to vibrate high in this direction, because it's like going against the flow and that is quite hard... but we can always find things to feel good about in other areas and that will help too.
