I had no intentions of posting today….
I got up this morning – I started my day with appreciating – as I always do…
And then I knew I had some *stuff* to do…
*Stuff* – - that is usually my word for – - “things I feel I need to do but I am not really jumping up and down about doing them but I will do them as I did say I would – so not doing it isn’t going to feel comfortable to me- so to feel comfortable I will do it”
Phew…. Did you get that? Do you have *stuff*?
To the computer I came – and then I saw I had a link back to this website from Lyman Reed. So before I got to some of the *stuff* – I decided to see what it was about…..
I went to Lyman’s website and saw his post “Pointers for Resources For Your Better Life #7“. I started to read…. and I started to visit the websites he recommended….
I visited Karen’s website at Live the Power and read and participated in her “Joy Links – Gratitude Project” – I recommend you visit and read all the Thank You’s that people posted – it was heartwarming…. 
And it was equally heartwarming to participate and anonymously send my thank you’s.
Then I went on over to Gratitude Magic to read about “The Gratitude Project“. Here Akemi is talking about appreciating the here and now and writing it down. She invites you to participate with her… and that is why I am writing this post today….
I believe so strongly in the Power of Appreciation – Thankfulness – Gratitude. I talk about this in my new ebook “Out with Old… In with the New!”
As I was visting all these websites – reading the posts and comments – I was getting more and more and more filled with warm fuzzies!
I did start my day with an appreciation list as I always do — and it always feels good. But these websites today added such an extra appreciation boost! I am now truly feeling as high as the clouds! 
So… did my *stuff* get done today?
Well — here is how I feel about all of that now….
- “I appreciate the *stuff*” It was all computer/internet related…. and this computer and the internet has given me such great joy! I have met so many wonder-filled people – My world has expanded because of this website.
So… Now off I go to do the *stuff* the things I want to get done today!
Before I go — I send a Big Thank You to Lyman from Creating a Better Life for including me in his post and for always sharing his truth and promoting others! 
and for starting me on this Appreciation High!
