Meditation is a way to quiet the mind. I look at it is a tool - the more I utilize this tool - the easier it is for me to get my mind quiet. I have been meditating for several years now - and I can honestly say I am aware that I don’t get as many rapid thoughts as I used to…. And it is easier for me to come back to the quiet.
Being able to mindfully step away from a situation and regain that quiet is a blessing!

Meditation - Questions & Answers - I received so many questions asking me what specific CDs I use to meditate with. Truthfully I was a bit uncomfortable with answering this question as I feel this is specific for each person. But the question kept coming ….
At this time I use recording that utilize binaural beats and to tell you the truth - I really don’t know if these beats do anything or not! All I know - is that my meditation has been feeling good……..
