I’ve been out most of the day and evening and returned home to find I could not get into the website! The message said “Exceeded Bandwidth Limits” – - Uh-Oh

Hmmm – I could tell you that I had no idea this was going to happen! That is sorta the truth…..

See – I am in charge of setting my own bandwidth – and before I left here today I did see an message saying that the bandwidth was reaching the limit… but I didn’t think too much about it – since I thought my settings were set to allow the limits to go over…….

Well that was not the case – So when I got home tonight – I reset the limits and everything is AOK again!

Did I vibrate this? Did I match this vibration? Well obviously if it happened then I matched it! It is along that area of Little, Dopey, Annoying Detours

Here is what I realized -

I am the one who set these bandwidth limits – then when I exceeded them – the website crashed. Isn’t that what we sometimes do with our own lives….

We set these limits – with the rules we make up in our heads -

• I should do this
• I shouldn’t do that
• I have to do this
• If I do that it won’t work
• I want to do this – but I can’t… because other’s say it won’t work
• etc…. etc…. etc….

Then we enter in the arena of personal development and Law of Attraction. We think – OK if I am the creator of my life – I am not going to follow those rules anymore and we stretch ourselves – we exceed our limits – - and we crash!

• We give up on our dreams -
• We get depressed -
• We say this Law of Attraction works for others but not me.

I had the warning signs earlier today when I got the email about the website. We also get warning signs when we are crashing in our lives. Maybe it is a headache, maybe it is just an all around blah feeling, maybe we are antsy… the signs are there.

It is all about that Sloppy Thinking – If I get the warning signs, as I got that email earlier today, and we ignore those signs… then I am headed for a crash!

So what to do?

Really it is as simple as it was for me tonight – We need to reset our limits! We need to realize that we are the one’s that set our limits and we need to reset them – - or better yet set them to Unlimited as I did tonight with the bandwidth on this website!

I could now be beating myself up – I could be saying – “Today was a big day as we announced the winner of the AttitudeZapz Contest – I really messed up” – “I should have known better” – “I should have checked the settings before I left today”

Doing that would be setting more limits – setting myself up for more crashes! Instead, I say – “Well everything is OK now” – “I certainly have learned to check all of my settings and I ended up writing a post tonight that I didn’t even know I was going to write”

So… This was Not a Big Deal – Everything is good!

If you want to create screenshot videos, like the one I just did for the contest – - Camtasia is $300 for that software – but – I found CamStudioPro for under $30! The software was easy to use and it did a great job!
